This is a free local community event. We welcome children and people of all ages to come and enjoy an evening of beautiful music. All of the performers are local musicians who donate their time to help enrich the community. One such musician is Peter Ali, who does a wonderful demonstration of traditional flutes.
These shows contains a mix of both instrumental and vocal performances, in a variety of genres. In previous shows we have had classical, traditional, native, opera, renaissance, vocal, jazz, and contemporary. We also expect much more exciting new pieces for the upcoming April 19th and May 24th shows.
Music for the Masses has been, and continues to be an excellent way to provide a venue for people to share their art form. It also allows the public, and musicians of all levels, the ability to experience a wide range of music performed by a variety of artists. Performers gain valuable experience by performing in a concert setting, and receive support through positive feedback experiences with audience members.
